REGULATIONS
o Upon arrival guests are required to give their passports or identity cards into the reception office for registration.
o The Car Pass given on arrival must always be hanged on your car rear-view mirror. Only cars showing the car pass will be allowed entrance to the Campsite.
Barrier opening time: from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
o The use of motor vehicles within the Campsite is restricted for access only.
Guest may use motor vehicles at a maximum speed of 10 km/h.
o Guests are informed that only urgent telephone calls will be received on their behalf at reception. Absolute silence must be observed during the night between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., and during the siesta, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
o Visitors may not enter the Campsite even when accompanied by a guest, without prior authorization from the Management.
All visitors are required to leave a valid ID document at reception and after an hour they must pay the listed rate. Visitors must leave their cars outside the main entrance barrier.
The Campsite has the right to refuse entrance to any visitors.
o Minors are admitted only if attended by their parents or relatives of age.
Children must always be attended when using the different equipments and toilettes.
Parents will be liable for any damage caused by their children.
o All guests must observe the regulations and opening times for the swimming-pools. These are clearly displayed at the pool entrances.
o Guests are allowed to enter the swimming-pool area only by possession of the electronic chip received upon arrival (refundable deposit to be paid).
o The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to guest’s personal property.
o Lost and Found service: any lost property found in the campsite must be handed over to the reception desk so as to return it to its lawful owner.
o Dog owners are fully responsible for their own pets and any damage they may cause. In accordance with government regulations you are reminded that dogs are allowed on the Campsite, but must be kept on a lead. The owner must take care of their pet’s hygiene and make sure it does not disturb other customer.
Dogs are strictly not allowed on the beach and in the swimming-pool areas. Upon arrival proof of vaccination must be produced.
o Due to government regulations private buoys are not allowed on Lake Garda.
o It is forbidden to smoke in all Campsite buildings.
o Please respect Nature of the Campsite. In accordance with local health regulations, you are reminded that facilities must be left in the same condition as found; we do ask for your cooperation with this matter.
o Plastic, paper, glass and common rubbish must be separated and disposed of in the correct containers by the entrance of the Campsite.
o It is also forbidden to wash motor vehicles or boats.
Pitches
o Chek-in: from 12 p.m.
o Check-out: the bill must be settled 2 days before departure from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
o Payment will be calculated on a daily basis and departure time must be by 12 p.m. The number of guests registered on the time of arrival will be the number charged on departure, irrelevant of any days absent during the period booked.
o Tents or caravans may be sited only in the authorized areas as instructed by reception. On the indicated area just 1 caravan + 1 car or 1 tent + 1 car/motorbike or + campervan are allowed.
Anything else will be considered extra according to the pricelist.
o The digging of trenches is not permitted, nor under any circumstances are open fires allowed on the Campsite or beach.
o Washing facilities will be open progressively concerning to the number of people staying on site.
o Showers are free of charge, but they are regulated with a timer. Please notice instructions on the wall.
Mobile Homes and Chalets
o Check-in and key collecting: from 3 p.m.
o Check-out: the bill must be settled 2 days before departure from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Upon departure you must leave the accommodation not later than 9 a.m.
o On arrival a refundable deposit of 200 € is required. The deposit will be refunded on departure date, at condition that the unit is left tidy and clean, and that nothing has been damaged during the stay.
o Smoking forbidden inside Mobile Homes and Chalets.
o Animals are not allowed inside accommodation.
Guests are kindly requested to observe the Campsite regulations. Any customer who seriously breaks these rules may be asked to leave the Campsite.
