Camping Fornella is owned and managed by our family (the Cavazza's). We are four brothers and three sisters and we all live and work on Lake Garda. Camping has been our core business for many years, Our father started "Fornella" as a small and basic camp-ground in the late 50's, the family has been running it and developing it ever since. We all follow different branches of our business and put a lot of energy in our work, we also take good care of the environment we work in and are personally involved in conservation programs in the area. Our family business includes Camping Fontanelle, our second site in Moniga del Garda; The Baia Verde Boat centre just next to Fornella; a large olive farm where we produce the most delicious extravergin olive oil and the beautiful private Island that has been our family home over the centuries. Isola del Garda is a place of rare and special beauty. A precious jewel, bursting with history, memories and legends. A treasure surrounded by clear waters of the lake. This impressive and harmonious building is full of surprising architectural details with Italian style terraces and gardens sloping down to the lake.
