PITCHES BOOKING PROCEDURE AND REGULATIONS 1) In order to book a pitch we ask you kindly to send - the sum of 100 € for booking of one week - the sum of 150 € for booking of two weeks - the sum of 250 € for booking longer than two weeks. From this sum 15 € will be retained as an administration charge, the remainder will be deducted from the final bill. Campsite management will acknowledge receipt of deposit and confirm the booking by post. 2) By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations. 3) Bookings are accepted for a minimum period of one week. 4) The emplacement will be allocated by the management. All possible will be done to allocate the emplacement in the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will not accept requests of cancellation or reimbursement. It is not possible to change the emplacement on arrival. 5) In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us 30 days before the date of arrival. In this case the deposit will be refunded withholding the 15 € administration charge. When sufficient notice is not given, or you fail to arrive the entire deposit will be retained. 6) In the case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole booked period must be paid. 7) Campsite management will keep the emplacement until 1 o'clock pm of the next day. 8) On departure day, the emplacement must be free within 12 pm. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET WE CANNOT GURANTEE THE BOOKING OF A SPECIFIC PITCH! BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR BUNGALOWS CHALETS MOBILE HOMES - Bookings are weekly, from 3 pm Saturday to 9 am the following Saturday. - In order to confirm the booking, a non refundable booking charge of € 15 and deposit (see booking offer for amount) will be required. By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations. - In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late, the whole booked period must be paid. - The deposit will only be refunded when written notice of cancellation is given 30 days before arrival date. The booking fee will however not be refunded. - On arrival a refundable deposit of 200 € cash is required . The deposit will be refunded on departure date, at condition that the unit is left tidy and clean, and that nothing has been damaged during the stay.
