INFORMATION

CHECK-IN

• Check-in is possible until 11:00 p.m.
• Accommodation are available from 4.00 p.m.
• Pitches are available from 12.00 p.m.
• Key delivery for full serviced comfort pitches is from 2p.m.
• At the check in at the reception, we ask for an identity document of all guests (also children).
• You will be given a bracelet which must be worn for the duration of the stay.

DEPARTURE

• Pitches: by 10.00 a.m.
• Accommodations: by 9.00 a.m.
  • The unit must be left tidy and clean, otherwise the charge is 60€

CASH OFFICE – PAYMENTS

• Cash office: open every day from 08.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. 
• Pitches: the balance must be paid one day before departure.
• Accomodations: the system will send a reminder for payment of the remainder two weeks before your arrival on site. On site it is still needed to pay the tourist tax and electricity consumption one day before departure.

HOURS OF SILCENCE

• Night silence: from 11PM until 7AM 
• During these hours:
  • the entrance to the campsite will be closed
  • it is forbidden to use motorized vehicles

SWIMMING POOL

• Heated (about 26°C) swimming pool: open from 01/04/2026 until 17/10/2026 (heated only when necessary)
• Lagoon pool with slides: open from May 23rd 2026 until mid September
• Swimming cap is not mandatory

RESTAURANT AND SHOP

• Open from 01/04/2026 until 17/10/2026

ANIMATION

• Miniclub from 01/04/2026

WIFI/WLAN

• Free on the whole campsite (due to the natural characteristics of the campsite with constantly changing vegetation and trees, a perfect WiFi connection cannot be guaranteed in every area, pitch and corner of the campsite)

DOGS

• Up to a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with an extra charge.
• They are allowed on all types of pitches but only in some mobile homes (check where the dog is allowed in the mobile home description)

RESERVATION

• Simple and fast online booking with payment only by credit card. By filling out the online booking form, you immediately get updated availability and costs.
• By email to fornella@fornella.it (payment by card or bank transfer).
• A proper price list is not available as prices are subject to change depending on demand and current circumstances. When you fill in the form for a booking you get immediately availability and costs.
